Avna Legal Services offers convenient Mobile Notary Services for clients who prefer to have a Notary Public attend their location. Whether you are at home, at your workplace, hospital, nursing home, or another suitable location, we can come to you by appointment to assist with notarization and commissioning services.

For clients who prefer to attend our North York office, our in-person notary service is available at $40 + HST.

For clients who need us to come to them, our Mobile Notary Service is $199.99 flat. This fee includes attendance time, driving expenses, and travel to your location anywhere in the GTA.

To request a Mobile Notary Service, please complete the form below. Once your request is received, we may contact you to finalize the appointment details, confirm availability, and review the type of service required.

Please note that submitting an appointment request does not automatically guarantee that the appointment is confirmed. A hold may be placed on your credit card when you submit your request. Once we confirm the appointment, your credit card will be charged. If, for any reason, Avna Legal Services is unable to provide the requested service, we will cancel the appointment and the hold on your credit card will be released. Please note that it may take a few days for the hold to be lifted, depending on your credit card issuer.
