In-Person, Mobile, and Online Commissioning

Avna Legal Services offers commissioning services for affidavits, statutory declarations, declarations, affirmations, and related documents. You may attend our North York office by appointment, request mobile commissioning at your location, or use online remote commissioning where permitted by Ontario law. Please note that remote commissioning is different from notarization. Documents that require notarization, certified true copies, or review of original physical documents may require an in-person appointment.
